Seven functions of edge banding machine

Edge banding machine is mainly used in the production of panel furniture and wooden doors. Including pre milling, gluing, trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, scraping, polishing and slotting.
1. Pre milling: use double milling cutter to modify the ripple mark, burr or non vertical phenomenon caused by the panel saw / cutting saw after processing, so as to achieve better edge sealing effect. It makes the binding between the edge banding strip and the plate closer, and the integrity and beauty are better.
2. Gluing and edge sealing: through special structure, the double-sided gluing of edge sealing plate and edge sealing material is even, so as to ensure more firm adhesion.
3. Trimming: through the precise linear guide rail movement, the profiling automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure are adopted to ensure the smooth cutting section.
4. Rough / fine trimming: both adopt profiling automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor structure to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimming plate. It is used to trim the excess edge material on and off the edge banding strip of processing plate.
5. Scraping: it is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of non-linear trimming movement, so as to make the upper and lower parts of the plate smoother and cleaner.
6. Polishing: clean the processed plate with cotton polishing wheel, and make the end face of edge sealing more smooth by polishing.
7. Slotting: it is used for the direct slotting of the wardrobe side plate, bottom plate, etc. to reduce the process of panel saw more convenient and quick.
